The complex is built in typical style of Bansko. The hotel is located at equal distance to the downtown and to the first station of the cabin lift. We are at 5 minutes distance to the downtown, at two blocks of the central "Pirin" Street and at 800 meters to the cabin lift. The hotel part consists of 29 rooms with 60 beds (cable ТV in each room), located in twin bed and three bed rooms.

The hotel has double rooms and twin bed rooms, and the third bed in the three bed room is main bed. Furnishing of rooms consists of typical Bansko furniture, independent rest room, TV set, telephone, and something more.The hotel provides to its guests sauna, Internet access and trips upon customer’s request.

Folk style restaurant (tavern) – 70 seats, which is only for the guests of the hotel. The tavern is built and decorated in typical ancient Bansko style, with many stones and timber, fireplaces, well. The list contains typical meat dishes in Bansko style – kapama, chumlek, katino meze, starets and a lot more dishes and special dishes.

The complex offers a variety of services - picnics and barbecues in the high part of the mountain guide in about 20 mountain route, transportation, trips to Melnik, Rila Monastery, Kovachevitsa Ognyanovo and other attractions, childcare, bicycles and many others.
